Ladies Class
The ladies class program at Subang Swim Academy is designed specifically for female students who prefer a more private and comfortable environment while learning how to swim. The classes are led by certified female instructors who provide individualized attention and guidance to help students build their confidence and skills in the water.
The program is suitable for beginners as well as those who have some swimming experience but want to improve their technique or learn new strokes. Classes typically cover basic swimming skills such as floating, kicking, and breathing techniques, as well as more advanced skills like diving, turns, and different swimming strokes.
In addition to improving their swimming abilities, students in the ladies class program can benefit from the social and emotional support of their peers and instructors. Learn To Swim
Our Learn to Swim program is divided into different levels based on students' age, ability, and comfort level in the water. Here are some of the things you can expect from our program:

Water safety and awareness - we emphasize the importance of water safety and teach students how to be aware of their surroundings and stay safe in and around the water.

Breathing techniques - we teach students how to breathe properly while swimming, including how to exhale under water and inhale while turning their head to the side.

Basic stroke development - we introduce students to the basic swimming strokes, including freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.

Endurance and technique - we help students build their endurance and improve their technique through a variety of drills and exercises.
